I ordered my lift on August 24 and received September 9th. My lift was packaged okay when I picked it up at the trucking company. When I started to lay it out to set up I didn’t have a packing list of what part I should have, found the installation instruction online and started to see what I was missing. The lift I received looks used, the date on the id tag is from 2020 and part arrived in a Ziplock sandwich bag. I was missing top place with cable pulley, the lock cable pullies. The unit is heavily marked up, even the cables looks like they have been installed. Jay at Mechanics Supper Store has been great to work with to get everything sorted out but I paid for a new lift not used.
