SELLERS be AWARE!!! A buyer told a employee at the front counter that a seller agreed to sell him a car for a bogus price. Upstate auction allowed the buyer to take the vehicle home immediately without approval from the seller. Furthermore, the buyer didn’t pay any money towards the vehicle before leaving. The owner of Upstate auction agreed with the buyer and refused to return the car to the rightful owner. The owner of Upstate auction knows this is illegal, it is written in the Upstate agreement people sign before putting their vehicle up for auction. If you tell the auction a minimum price that you are willing to accept for your vehicle and they let a so called buyer take it home for almost nothing, file a complaint with the Sheriff department. The is a SCAN!!!
